The purpose of this program is to enhance teacher effectiveness and student learning.  The program is designed to be an interactive “hands on” session where teachers and individuals interested in teaching can share ideas and practice valuable instructional communication skills. Instructor development programs and opportunities will be discussed.  Enhancing student learning, promoting reflective practices, being a change agent, promoting a democratic classroom, learning effective instructional communication, and working effectively in diverse settings are a few of the topics that will be covered in this educational and interactive program. This program is geared toward administrators and teachers at all educational levels.
