Mediation Services

This service offers individuals with an expert mediator who can arrange and tailor mediation sessions for disputing parties. This is not a training, rather this is a mediation service for individuals who would like to take advantage of the benefits involved in mediation such as empowerment, collaboration, cooperation, control, self-determination, and personal/relational growth. The mediation session will begin with a contract phase where the mediator meets with the parties and discusses the mediation process with the parties. Parties can select from a variety of mediation formats including: faith based or spiritual based mediation approach, transformative approach, problem solving mediation, and/or narrative mediation.

Faciliation Services

This service offers individuals with a facilitator who can guide work groups through systematic and constructive problem-solving sessions. The facilitator will introduce creative ideas for how to encourage constructive participation among all members of the facilitation group in order to promote a collaborative decision-making process. The facilitator will use his or her effective communication skills and process expertise to guide the group toward constructive participation and idea generation for a current issue or conflict. The faciliation process is intended to make group members feel ownership and commitment in their decisions. Meeting can be very unproductive without a systematic process for collecting and recording ideas in work groups. ICRC can provide you with a trained, impartial facilitator to assist your organization in holding effective group meetings. In addition, the sessions will provide organizational members with an example of how they can conduct productive meetings in the future. Make your organization's next meeting more valuable.
