Refund Policy for Individuals

Cancellations must be in writing and received (postmarked) by certified mail to Institute of Conflict Resolution no later than two weeks (14 days prior to first day of training) prior to your registered training date. Registration fees will be refunded, less a $75.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after this time period and your registration fee is forfeited. However, you may register for another ICRC Training program for an additional charge of $100.00 payable by check to be transferred to another program if this is documented in your certified letter two weeks prior to your registered training date. ICRC reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training and a full refund will be provided to those who have registered. Once you register for a program and transfer to a future ICRC program, no cancellation or future transfer to another program will be permitted, so your registration will be forfeited if you do not attend.

The Institute of Conflict Resolution & Communication (ICRC) will not share your personal information with any other companies or organizations without your permission.

Training Locations

The location of our programs are held at Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Main Campus) or Florida Atlantic University; Boca Raton, FL. We can deliver trainings on site to local and distant organizations or institutions. Please contact us for details by clicking on the Contact link.
