Workplace Bullying

This educational program focuses on protecting the workplace from workplace bullying. Just as sexual harassment is unacceptable in the workplace, the problem of workplace bullying is also negative and unacceptable. Research clearly supports the workplace bullying promotes ill health, unproductive work performance, low morale, high turn over, aggression, and ineffective work relationships. Program participants in this course will learn how to prevent, avoid, and deal effectively with workplace bullying actions. Problems, root causes, solutions, and action steps for workplace bullying will be presented. Prescriptive grievance strategies, identification techniques, and policy issues will be presented as well.
