Workplace Bullying
This educational program focuses on protecting the workplace from workplace bullying. Just as sexual harassment is unacceptable in the workplace, the problem of workplace bullying is also negative and unacceptable. Research clearly supports the workplace bullying promotes ill health, unproductive work performance, low morale, high turn over, aggression, and ineffective work relationships.
