Extreme Facilitation

Extreme Facilitation is an educational program that trains program participants through a variety of faciliation techniques, methodologies, and processes. The course provides program participants with the skills necessary to design an effective facilitation session for groups using principles from a variety of fields. Also, the course teaches program participatns group problem-solving techniques. Effective group dynamics and communication are covered in the program. The course is planned to help individuals enhance "how" people discuss complex issues when a number of people and ideas are involved. Additionally, Extreme Facilitation allows individuals to balance the demands of complexity by teaching effective facilitation design and recording methods.
