Best Parenting Practices

This program offers parents with children of all ages practical advice on best parenting practices. The session is based on theory, research, and practice. Parents will learn practical communication and conflict resolution skills to foster effective responses from their children. Being a parent, disciplining with love, learning through example, encouraging effective behaviors, setting boundaries, establishing realistic goals, creating consequences, maintaining consistency, and promoting respect are important topics that will be discussed for parent to build and/or sustain healthy parent-child relationships.
