This educational program is designed to provide program participants with an overview of conflict resolution methods and practices to better improve conflict within the healthcare context.  The program will focus on identifying and assessing sources of conflict, and designing and implementing intervention plans in health care organizations. This program examines and analyzes the nature and dynamics of human conflict. Program participants integrate substance, theories, and practice elements of conflict resolution with issues arising among and between individuals, groups, and organizations involved in the provision of health care services.
