This service offers individuals with a facilitator, who can guide work groups through a systematic and constructive problem solving session. The facilitator will introduce creative ideas for how to encourage constructive participation among all members of the facilitation group in order to promote a collaborative decision-making process. The facilitator will use his or her effective communication skills and process expertise to guide the group toward constructive participation and idea generation for a current issue or conflict. The facilitation process is intended to make group members feel ownership and commitment in their decisions. Meeting can be very unproductive without a systematic process for collecting and recording ideas in work groups. ICRC can provide you with a trained, impartial facilitator to assist your organization in holding effective group meetings. In addition, the sessions will provide organizational members with an example of how they can conduct productive meetings in the future. Make your organization's next meeting more valuable. ICRC can guide condominium associations, school boards, not-for-profit organizations, neighborhood groups, employee teams, organizations, and religious organizations through their difficult conversations.
