The Institute of Conflict Resolution and Communication (ICRC) was founded to promote peace and enhance communication between and among individuals.
Mission
The Institute of Conflict Resolution and Communication (ICRC) is a premiere educational provider of conflict resolution and communication programs. ICRC applies a holistic perspective to all programs, which is based on strong theory, solid research, and best practices. Our programs are based on the foundations of academic scholarship and applied experiences. Our faculty includes university educators and experts in conflict resolution, communication, and a variety of other interdisciplinary fields. We are committed to working with individuals, families, communities, and other institutions to improve communication and conflict resolution practices through shared, creative, cooperative, transformative, and mutually beneficial means. We believe that transforming our relationships with others begins with transforming ourselves.
